Naomi is a Recruitment Manager for Staffed UP, she has 14 years of recruitment experience starting her career in the North East as a receptionist in a recruitment agency. Naomi quickly got the "recruitment bug" and quickly progressed to a Senior Recruitment Consultant. During this time Naomi managed many temporary contracts including one for the London 2012 Olympics where she successfully recruited and managed over 120 admin staff.
Naomi moved to Dorset in 2018 and joined Staffed UP in 2020, where she specialises in the recruitment of permanent commercial staff. Building relationships with local companies and managing a small but perfectly formed team.
Naomi specialises in successfully matching staff to the right companies for permanent placements, and is passionate about making a difference to peoples working lives and seeing the joy that finding candidates their dream job brings.
